Item Conditions:

All item descriptions begin with a statement describing the item's condition.

We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition.

Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so.

Payments:

Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won.

You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: support@kilfordauctions.com If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder.

Buyer's Premium And Sales Tax:

This will include a 14% buyer’s premium and state sales tax.

Pickups:

Pickups are at 7209 Charter Oak Loop, Temple, Texas 76502.

Due to insurance policies, Kilford Auctions employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle.

Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded.

The following information is our most common pickup policy. Check specific auctions to verify dates and times:

  • We have 3 DESIGNATED DAYS for pickups for each auction: Friday, Saturday and Monday.
  • Late pick ups will be allowed with proper communication during scheduled times (Tuesday-Thursday).
  • Items that are not picked up by Thursday following the auction at 4:00 PM will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal or reselling unless other arrangements have been made.
  • A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items.



Shipping:

Our auctions are for local bidders or bidders with the ability to pick up their items. If you are an out-of-state customer, we will automatically decline your registration.

We do not ship. Due to out-of-state consumer fraud, we are not able to ship items.

If you are not able to pickup, we recommend that you make arrangements with someone local to assist you with picking up and shipping.

Returns and Refunds:

At Kilford Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error.

In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary.

All items have a 3-DAY guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects.

Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Junk Mail And Spam:

Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. Kilford Auctions will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner.

Kilford Auctions emails are few and far between. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails.

STOP/Unsubscribe: Kilford Auctions maintains its own text and email list. Phone numbers and emails will only be added if you have registered for a Kilford Auctions event. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list.

If you do not wish to receive messages, you must unsubscribe. If at any point you wish to be added back on the text list, you can text us at 210-884-5737 and we can add you back (Message and data rates may apply).

Lots In The 1000's:

ALL LOTS THAT ARE LISTED IN THE 1000'S WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE IF PURCHASED DUE TO BEING BROKEN BUT STILL USABLE ITEMS.

The Fine Print:

All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
